Miro Krpelan - Building & Operations Manager
Miro is results driven, energetic and dependable. Since arriving in Australia 13 years ago, his passions have been with the building and engineering industry. Born and bred in Slovakia, he holds a Masters in Engineering qualification. He has worked for a number of Building Management organisations in Sydney managing residential and commercial properties.
Miro is an avid problem solver, has high attention to detail and thrives on identifying solutions. He has a strong sense of responsibility and self-reliance.
He has built solid relationships with Owners Corporations, Strata Managers and Developers, and feedback consistently reflects respect and value for his high work ethic, dedication, reliability and integrity.

Katrena Harvey – Founder: Katalyst Solutions Pty Ltd
Katrena has had a corporate career across a broad range of industries that spans 20+ years. She has held a diverse range of roles in both the private and public sectors specializing in project and change management, sales and marketing, development, all of which provide a strength in how organisations and their processes work.
A dynamic communicator with significant experience in relationship development and stakeholder management. Extensive project & change management experience and proven success in leading the effective execution of various strategic business improvement projects.
Katrena started her own Company in 2010, Katalyst Solutions (now trading as Katalyst Facilities Management).
Katrena holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, and a post graduate qualification in Neuro Linguistic Programming; these combined with her business experience acumen provide a holistic and fundamental experience in client engagement service delivery and project success. Katrena has also completed an Industry Diploma in Operations & Facilities Management.
