Katalyst Facilities Management is an emerging business in the Sydney area providing end to end management of essential services and assets, including defect management of new builds to residential and commercial buildings, cleaning services and repairs & maintenance.
The story of how we came about was through the voice and encouragement of those we worked for. Quite simply our work and ethic speaks for itself – so much so that when managing a building or delivering a service through an overarching service provider it became us - the individual that the client sought to retain, and not the business. These voices became the conviction to develop our brand.

Katalyst Facilities Management falls under the umbrella company Katalyst Solutions. Established in 2010, Katalyst Solutions has provided change management services to corporates. In recent times, our focus has been the property industry with the significant growth of residential and commercial lots, and the high demand for quality and reliable building management services in Sydney.
