Concierge Services
Katalyst FM provides Concierge services tailored to the needs of each building. We work with Owners Corporations and Strata Managers to ensure the scope of Concierge services required are defined and delivered, and what we want the brand experience of the building to be known for. In every instance, the top priority of the Concierge is to maintain a safe premises for residents to enjoy. Following this, the Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, and to deliver activities range from, managing entry of tradespersons and visitors, issuing of keys and parcel delivery, management of the move in/move out diary, and incident reporting.
