Katalyst FM can assist with the defect management process by capturing and managing your building’s Defects Register. New buildings are never 100% void of defects upon handover, and inherently come with a list of issues which in most cases, do not stall residents moving in to the building, however it is essential to have a plan that ensures any outstanding matters are addressed in a timely manner. We work to ensure your building has an accurate defect management program in place, to reduce the risk to owners and the unexpected financial burden and even safety issues they could be impacted with.
